I live in western Colorado and don't store mine for the winter. That would suck.

Still driving mine in Nebraska. Going on a trip to South Dakota this coming Dec. 11. Temps are mild for this time of year with no snow in the immediate forecast. (yet)

Are you planning on lifting the cover and taking a peek at the car from time to time?

I thought you were talking about the Bash.
You need to get to the south or west, year round fun.

I used to live in Michigan, and stored for 6 months of the year...... Now we drive year round. Hang in there, buy some Corvette mags and think about spring.

Sorry for your loss. So far this December I have accumulated quite a few miles, just with the top up. The weather has been great, temperatures forecast to be in the sixties this upcoming weekend. I never store, my car is always ready to go.

Hopefully it will be a short winter and you'll be able to get the car out before April.

When my parents still had the house in Aspen, I would make the trip up from TX w/o issue. Still do to my daughters place in Telluride. I grew up just off Lake Michigan, south of the IL/WI state line. If I didn't drive the '62 to school, that ment taking the yellow bus .......... . No self respecting sophomore with a drivers license would ever take the school bus ...............

Here's my '14 in storage mode. It still looks like a car which makes it even more tempting to take out. Only a couple of snow days here so far, but it's coming...

Yeah, it was a bit spendy but when I saw one at Road America in August I had to have one. I ordered it through our club sponsor dealership so at least got a discount. I saw some photos online that showed the '3' car and others that had the '4'. I wasn't sure if you could have specified which number was shown but when I got it I realized there is a different car number on each side!

Thanks for the condolences. I may have been a bit premature in putting it away last week, but weather in Chicago can turn in an instant. Would love to see other mothballed C7s to help reduce my depression and feelings of loneliness.
