I will never allow GM to crack open the transmission and since they have refused to replace only repair I retained a Lawyer that just deals in automotive cases and I'm letting them hammer it out in court. No way will I let a Dealership screw with my transmission. I'll drive it the way it is in the mean time.

Let them open it.. They will make it worse I garantee then give them a couple more tries to fix it- they wont be able to- and they'll have to give u a new tranny. Or lemon it at that point.
There are no lemon cars only lemon mechanics. Sad but true.
