Less yellow than halogen headlights, but not as blue as the ricers like to put on their cars. On the road, they appear white, while cars without HIDs tend to look a little yellow. You won't see the blue / purple fringe that many German cars show.
4300K is really the optimum color temperature for normal street use. Bluer bulbs make be cool to look at, but they don't light up the road as well.
