Considering Adreneline Red Comp seats and I was hoping owners who have these seats can comment on their wear. I've historically owned black seats/interiors in both my a corvettes and daily drivers and never owned a car with red interior trim/seats.
Any first or second year owners out there who can provide some feedback?

Can't speak to the C7 seats, but had torch red seats in a previous Vette and they wore just fine. Had the car for three years or so and the seats still looked like new.

Wear is great man in them have a 2014 car still looks like new & I am talking about the seats here. You will love them in the car best corvette in every way over the c4 r c5. Robert
Not a single problem. Picked up car June 2014, have about 6K miles, not a single issue with seats. I clean them with mild soap and water, sometime Zaino Leather Cleaner and Zaino Leather Polish, give them a nice leathery smell. No issues at all I have the comp seat and love them, get MANY compliments. I have a convertible and no noticeable fade....
Love my seats too. Very glad I went with the competition seats. They are very comfortable. My only real complain is that it's pretty easy to see crumbs and other little dirt in the cracks of the seat. Not a lot but I had a few of those and need to clean it off next time I'm detailing the inside.
Got the adrenaline red comp. seats for 700miles, no problem so far...
But before that, i had red seats on my C6, and i can tell you the leather went old way better than black and cashmere ones... don't know exactly why... the little cracks were very discreet, and the wear gives a darker red with time...wich looks rather good, or at least better than cashmere ot gray wear.

I have them and am very happy with them. They are showing no wear after a year. I simply love them.
My Kalahari 3LT seats show zero wear after 2 years and 13000 miles. Red should wear the same.
As a general rule, I don't wear blue jeans in the car. Especially newer dark blue and ones with sequins and rivets on the back pockets. The dye comes off and metal decoration can scratch the leather.
Don't slide down the bolster while getting. Clean often with a damp micro fiber towel.

A good friend of mine has a 2014 C7 Z51 3LT with the Adrenaline Red Competition seats... (the one i'm sitting in in my avatar pic) it's his daily driver, and pushing 15k+ on the odometer. The seats look brand new. No signs of any wear. They hold up GREAT!
I've ordered them on my 2016... you should definitely get them. Some of the best seats I've seen, both aesthetically speaking as well as functionally. They really hold you in tight when you're pushing some high G's...

Anyone who regularly wears blue jeans in adrenaline red seats (regular or competition), what's their experience as to how the seats wear?

I often wear blue jeans in the car. I have kalahari, not red, but it's likely as susceptible to wear and discoloration. I'm careful getting in and out of the car, and I'm not a big person, but I've noticed no wear or discoloration. The seat bottom was a little dirty after a recent service, but the dirt was easily removed using a damp MF towel.
