Does anyone know the status or timeline of the new bowling green paint shop status?

hope when the new paint shop is up and running... I can send my 2016 c7 back ..to have painted correctly ....

Thought I read recently that they expect an April start for use of the paint shop.

I highly doubt they will have it up and running before the start of 2017 production in June.

When I was at the Museum to pick up my new 'vette last month they said they are expecting to start co-production in the new paint facilities in 3rd quarter 2017, and that they would most likely over the course of 1-2 years taper off into exclusively using the new paint facilities.
