Got in contact with GM customer service and they are sending me the Welcome Packet.
Sent Customer Service the link to this thread and they stated that they will contact anyone on this thread who did not receive the welcome packet and remedy the situation.
Also, they are unsure as to why some people did not receive the packet.
I have spoken to both GM customer service and my dealership but neither could tell me why I did not receive my welcome packet. The dealership told me to call CS and CS said they were not sure what I should get.

I see that some customers have received the Welcome Kit, but they are expecting something additional.
In an effort to avoid copying and pasting the same statement to multiple customers, I was hoping you could post this statement on my behalf at the top of this thread.

I apologize if some of you have not yet received your Welcome Kit. Buying a new vehicle is certainly an exciting time, and we want these Welcome Kits to add to your excitement!
After reviewing this thread, I thought it would be helpful to clarify the contents of this Welcome Kit. Customers who purchase a 2014, 2015, or 2016 Corvette Stingray will receive a personalized letter, along with a leather sleeve made of actual Corvette Stingray seat leather. It can be used as a mini tablet cover or holder for glove box documents. Please keep in mind that this leather may not match the interior leather of the owner’s vehicle.
Inside the sleeve is an exclusive collector’s edition book that gives a look behind the vehicle’s creation, direct from the designers and engineers who created it. Other ownership perks include a special performance driving school offer and a one-year membership to the National Corvette Museum.

Four months later the check has cleared but no notification ... The struggle is real
I purchased my Z06 last June and never received the welcome kit either. Called CS once back in oct or nov and they had no idea what I was talking about. As with most things GM, consistent communication is not the strong suit.
Since the email from CS above indicates its for Stingray owners, perhaps they do not send one to Z06 purchasers?
I'm on the phone now with Customer Service. Guy is totally clueless. Now on hold while he checks with someone. I gave him Corey K.'s name as the author of the message in the post above. Anyone have any other suggestions?
On hold for 10 minutes. Guy came back and said Chevrolet Marketing handles this issue. He tried to transfer me but I got cut off. Typical customer service.
Anyone have a better number to call than the Chevrolet Customer Service number?
