First i'm hearing of it on here, i even did a search and this was the only thread that came up, I wouldn't worry about it unless you're using acid in your washer fluid.

Plastic and ammonia seem to be a bad combination.

so i'm still saying don't worry about it, it's not the windshield washer fluid causing any damage. (which non of those links reference at all)
