My I phone 5 is constantly becoming "unpaired" and re-connected while driving. I have been back to the dealer for an electronics re-flash but the problem persists. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Am trying to figure out if this is a car problem or a phone issue???
I have experienced it a couple of times. I will also add that the Uconnect in my Jeep works much better. A pity in a car that costs twice as much and is 3 years newer.
I am a recent Apple "convert" due to getting one at work. I miss my Galaxy S3 but have no issues pairing the Apple 5C with my '16. The pairing is so strong, in fact, that when I moved the car into the garage from the driveway I noticed that is said my iPhone was connected even though the phone was in the kitchen.
I've had a few problems with my 6. Seems to have been the phone each time. The last time I turned bluetooth off and back on, on the phone and that fixed it.
There is a thread about this very problem. GM paid a guy $3,000 for the settlement to a guy who complained about the problem to a TV station. Article is by Detroit Steel. You might want to check it out.
