Dunno about this one... it looks..."interesting" I am no longer shocked by what appears to look ugly to some, can actually look better in real life, the same goes for the C7 rear when it first came out, a picture didn't work, but seeing it in real life made all the difference...
I know that Southern Car Parts has a nice one with 4 fins that looks factory ( well better than factory ! ) and it is about 500-600 bucks, considering those vendors selling just two fins want like 300 bucks, this looks like a real steal...

It looks completely aftermarket and doesnt flow at all. And the white paint on it, just looks tacky.
10% of people will like it, the other 90% will think it looks like trash but be too afraid to hurt your feeling to tell you.

What's worse than that spoiler....the lower what ever you call those "things" on the lower bumper.
Great way to ruin a beautiful car.
But....to EACH their own.

The white paint on the ends of the diffuser really provides a focal point that really does not blend with the rear of the C7.
You may want to consider painting the rear diffuser edges black. It will provide a whole new appearance.

It looks like the loading platform on a truck. It would be really unique though.

Not a fan of big, tacked-on looking diffusers, but they do serve a purpose in some cases. I think the one in the OP would look better all black as to not stand out so much.
This says that all Revorix parts are wind-tunnel tested:
