What a train wreck. Some "artist" smears lumpy, dull paint stripes over a Corvette and they call it art. I should have been an artist. Anybody could do something like this. I hope he didn't get paid anything.

There is no proof. Some folks love chrome, some do not. There is no right and wrong. My comment was also tounge-in-cheek. I have owned a C6 with Chrome Gumby's and I liked them.
