Actually, total driver error/stupidity. The U for the service road that goes under the freeway at the I-10/TX99 interchange is designed to allow an 18 wheeler to navigate it with ease. There are no line of sight issues. Speed limit is well posted. Grand Parkway , TX 99 is a brand new freeway. http://www.grandpky.com/
