2014 Auto C7 Shifting Problem

2014 Auto C7 Shifting Problem
Hi all,
I wanted to bring this up before spring comes around so I can get the problem solved early on.
My stingray I have had since 2013 has recently been acting strange.
When I first got it and of course put the pedal to the medal (safe roads), it would pop up that it was going into sport shifting and would shift and hold the gear like a sports car.
Now when I do the same thing it doesnt pop up anymore and shifts are slow and seems very odd that it changed suddenly.
Also now when it shifts down from 3rd to 2nd it isnt a nice shift but a kind of harsh shift and the car also squeaks when doing so.
Anyone have any ideas??

Step on the pedal hard and it should shift into performance shift activated and it should hold the gear. I have had no problems with this in the 3000 miles that I have drove my 2014 A6 Z51 and have not seen any A6 issues pop up . Remember punch that pedal hard!
