Why does it seem like every Corvette dealers name is Mike?

Corvette Mike, Mike Furman, Mike Davenport, etc

Maybe, because Mike is the number one name, for anyone over the age of say, 30?

Mr.owc6 is named Mike.

All you have to do is call out "Mike" in a crowded room, and half the men will answer.
