Well, I read the manual a little more. Had to press the outside release hatch button for 5 sec and everything was reset. All working now.

Yep it's amazing what you can find in the manual.

Funny, isn't it, how we will try everything but the obvious.
At my shop we have signs everywhere about watching your children, minimum amounts required, prices...very few will read them, always ask questions.
I know that it is often times easier and quicker to ask, and that there is someone with the answer.....
But, what happened to reading, the manual, directions or signs on the roadside.
Not flaming anyone , just stating the obvious.
Glad it was nothing serious with your car.

Could you show me where you found that information in the manual. I've checked the 14 & 15 manual and I don't see the trunk hatch release button mentioned. I do see that you should press the start/stop button for 12 seconds to exit the programming mode.

If there is something that needs to be considered or added to my RKE programming instructions, I'd like to confirm it and take steps to include that instruction.

I have updated the RKE instructions to include this possible condition after programming our RKEs.
