Full length white stripe w' black hash captured test fleet at Detroit Grand Prix parked in the Corvette Corral. GS speaker thought it was the only one in the region.

Anyone know of a good H/C installer or tuner in So Cal or Phoenix? I want a Katech kit but don't want to send the car all the way up to Michigan. Been out of the Corvette scene for a bit and last vendor I used was Andy at A&A for his supercharging kit back in early 2000's.
Google Alcantara. It is no way a cheap material and it is not "cheap GM suede" Why is it people make assumptions about things they know nothing about?

Alcantara® is the ultimate material for Car, Aircraft, Jet, Yacht and Boat interior.

Wow Bill, my apologies. Didn't realize you were a materials expert. BTW.....my current car is completely covered in real alcantara. So yeah, I'm gonna go ahead and say I know just a little something about the material. As you were.

First you apologize which is total sarcasm and then insult me?

It doesn't take an expert to know about Alcantara. My question is why you would say things you knew were false and state them as if they were fact?
I never seen a car completely covered in Alcantara . I prefer my car covered in paint and my interior in Alcantara .

Please explain "real" alcantara. It's all poly based.

Are you kidding? You never heard of products sold under a brand name that are not that brand but knock offs? Real Alcantara is as real Product developed by chemist for a corporation. Plus obviously it is NOT suede.

i am truly amazed by that question.

What is truly amazing is your attitude. I thought the other fella was causing the problem, however I now know it's you.

To answer your question, I did not know it was a "brand" I only thought it to be a product.

No need to respond as I won't continue to discuss this with you.

What will option BV4 personalized dash plaque and z15 (brushed interior badge) look like? $800 for floor mats and vinyl stripes is a bit high unless this badge will be a "must-have".

Okay need help picking out the ground affects package, I am getting confused on what is what. What is the difference between the CFZ Carbon Fiber Ground Effects Package and 5W8 Carbon Flash Ground Effects Package?

What is the option for the Ground effects in this picture (Rocker Splitter & Spoiler)?

I clearly stated that Google be used. You didn't do that. My attitude came from a slam against GM. Then a slam against me for clearing up the misinformation. If you had Googled you would know it was a brand. My reference clearly showed a registered trade mark. I support GM and their efforts to bring us the best product at a reasonable price.i I Support proper information through proper resources.

Is that the "poverty" splitter. And, standard skirts? I like both.

One is painted Carbon Flash, the other is actual Carbon Fiber and costs like 1K more. I'm going for the Carbon Flash because I know it's going to scrape in the front eventually and I don't want to replace Carbon Fiber.

I like the poverty splitter, it'll do fine on my GS. However, the standard skirts are weird (to my eyes, they look incomplete though they will probably server the purpose of reducing sandblasting and stone chips on the rear quarter), I'll have an aftermarket Z06-style set installed instead after delivery.

Actually, whats confusing me is that 5W8 is about 300 more than CZF, and from what I am hearing CZF is the carbon flash painted on carbon fiber on the picture I posted, so I am trying to figure out how this 5W8 is different, what I get for $300 more.

The difference is probably that the cheaper option is factory installed and that the other one is dealer installed.

What advantage do I get from the dealer installing it? From factory I know it has to come on the truck to the dealer, so Im sure it will be delivered without damaged if installed in the factory. If it is damaged they can just get a new one correct?

I believe the dealer put them on all the cars anyway. The more expensive option code can be added to your car after you have purchased it.
