Default 1st post and my 1st Corvette LRG Z51 3LT

Hello to all. I have been a lurker here for a while. I didn't want to post until I had my own Vette. I had been searching for a LRG for a month or so and purchased this last week. Not many LRG around the New England area. Is there anything that is more fun than searching for a Corvette? It has to rank right up there.
I had about a 120 mile ride to get it home. It was the most fun 120 mile ride I have ever had. All the way home people were giving me thumbs up, truckers were giving me the horn, even had people taking pictures of the car going down the Mass Turnpike.
The Lime Rock Green is a love or hate color i know. For me it was what I wanted along with the Kalahari interior.
Now driving this car, it's like an amusement ride. It was a little scary but so much fun.

Thanks. In doing a little research on this fine forum, there were about 350 made with this combo. "Z51 3LT with the Kalahari interior"

Suggest your first "mod" is to get an aero plate holder for that front plate. It mounts the plate in the grille and gets it off the bumper.

I do like the look of the Aero Plate holder. I have added it to the list.
Thanks for the suggestion.

Congrats

Same here spent months looking for the right car with the right options at the right price. Turned out it was in Iowa so we made a vacation of driving it home to Seattle last October.

LRG was my had to have color as well. But we went with the Brownstone interior.
