Default URGENT Question!

Looking at a C7R Edition and know they are making just 500.

Know the numbers run 5700001 to I had assumed 5700500.

My question is why are my local dealer selling 5700501?

Did they not make all the numbers i.e. did they skip 13 for example?

Any help gratefully received.

The number is 650, 500 in the USA and 150 overseas.

Chevrolet paid homage to the Corvette Racing C7.Rs in 2016 by building 650 C7.R Special Edition Z06s, 500 of which were sold in the USA with the other 150 going abroad.
And this one has already been totaled:

Here's the update from the link:

“The story is this guy waited 1 year to get this C7R Corvette, it never made it past the make ready department. Totaled in 5 minutes and driver in the hospital. The customer never even saw his car. This happened in Houston yesterday on the westside.”

Guy never even saw his car before it was totaled by a dealership employee. You know, you really can't fix stupid, though sometimes it takes care of itself.
