Why bother? Just stick it in the storage location without pumping up the tires. In 5 to 10 miles the flat spots are gone and you have nothing to worry about, spend money on or have to store when you aren't using it.
Modern tires are not susceptible to flat spotting like tires from years ago.
As mentioned, adding extra air or not, the flats spots are gone in 5-10 miles of driving.
It would have to be a combination of extreme conditions, ...
under inflated, extreme cold/heat, and a very, very long period of time with the tires sitting before flat spots might be a problem.
