Ok 13000 miles ago I could not break the tires loose or hardly chirp them
Now I have to be careful not to chirp them!
I Keep Traction Control on at all times but car will still spin a tire if I get obit even a little
Why the change? Some one told me the car would not get to max HP tell 20 k ?but is it that that much of an increase? Or have the tires gotten less grippy at 11k miles?

How old are tires and how much tread left? Rubber does start to degrade over time.
I think after about 1,000 miles your car is going to be as loose as it ever is going to get. Temperature plays a big role. You might spin at 50-60 degrees and hook at 80-90. And at those miles you are losing that good grippy new rubber.
Humm I miss that diging in but still have half the tread left so will wait for new ones
At least the Michelins are much better in this regard than the old Goodyear fun flats. I had a C6 Z06 that had the older version of GY runflats and those tires were notorious for heat cycling hard by 5k miles. You'd get pretty darned good performance from them for the first 3 - 4k miles, then they'd trail off a bit around 5k, and then fall off a cliff after that.
The Michelins are less prone to it. All performance tires will do it eventually, but these are better.
You'll probably want new ones anyway around 20k b/n tread wear and further grip degradation.
Some of the most entertaining burn outs I've done have been on the way to the tire store for new ones, so at least you have that to look forward to. . . .
