Default At Spring Mountain now

If you have the opportunity to attend the Ron Fellows course don't pass up the experience. The instructors are great and the course is fantastic.
Getting ready for Day 2 lots of track time.
Just Do it!!!!

I'm signed up.

Do you get to hit the track day 1 or is it just boring classes telling you about the car "features"?

You drive a lot on both days. Alternating periods of class time and driving time. Great program!

Lot of off track driving exercises on day 1 and an introduction track session.

We did Chat Thai, it was very good as well. http://www.yelp.com/biz/chatthai-bistro-pahrump

I will give My Thai a shot next time in order to compare.

For Mexican we did Romero's. We thought it was very good. It seems hit and miss from the Yelp reviews. http://www.yelp.com/biz/romeros-pahrump

Wow did not even realize there are 3 high rated Thai restaurants in Pahrump until reading your post and checking Yelp. The Yelp reviews have some folks saying the service was bad & slow. I had mistakenly assumed there was only one Thai place in Pahrump and somehow only saw & ate at My Thai. If they are busy be prepared to wait as Max is the entire service staff. I probably skewed things in my favor a bit as I over tipped on purpose each time to make sure our service was good on future visits since we planned on eating My Thai everyday we were in Pahrump. Max even chased me down the 1st day and thought I made a mistake and overpaid.

Every visit we ordered shrimp Pad Thai with double shrimp double egg, fried wontons and then just choose a different dish each day from the menu.

Wait was longer on one of the days when it was busy but was not that bad as we reviewed our track time and G-force decompressed as we waited.

Just got back from Level 2 class. Always great, other than the 5 hour flight.

Nothing boring about classes. You will learn so much about the C7 ... I've got a Z06. Alternating class and track is perfect. Concentration during several 30 min track sessions is exhausting if you have not done it before!!! So cool!
Had a blast!

Did Level 1 and 2 in C5s. I had a C4 when I took the Level 1. I went out and bought t C5 after the class. I just got my 2016 C7Z. Wife and i are going in June. I m really looking forward to it. There is a lot technology in these cars to sort thru. The track time will be good to learn the limits.

Just finished the course along with stentplacer. Good amount of track time and you learn a lot about your car. All the previous threads on spring mtn are accurate. A good time was had by all.

Not only were the instructors a good group of people, so were the participants (and the many partners who attended). Part of the fun was meeting other car/C7 enthusiasts.

Funny. I did the class 14 years ago (2002). Just finished the second class a few hours ago. (The class is still similar -- but that's a good thing.)
