I'm not saying it is definitely a photoshopped Vette, but it might be like in the other thread. Where they took care of the big things, but it was a DSOM / Red Vette where he'd tried to change all of the red/DSOM to a brown hue. That affects the red (with reflections) on the flag much more than the side markers which are yellow.
Let's see if it's the real deal or another of those fakes. Where did you get the pictures OP?
Tough to say definitively, but I think this is poorly-lit/photographed Long Beach Red. We're looking on a computer screen at a video still taken by a camera pointed at a television screen. There's a lot of opportunity for the color to get misrepresented along that chain of custody.

I had a brown '88 Sedan DeVille.....what a great car that was, tan cloth interior, FWD, Northstar V8, drove like a dream and had very low kms. The metallic brown looked very nice.
