Sterling blue is the same paint code as the new Arctic blue on the Camaro. GM showed the ZL1 Convertible in a silverish blue which was a new color so im assuming its going to be that. Its silver with a very light hint of blue.
And FYI, Z06 specs/options aren't released yet
Sorry guys, but IMHO, this isn't blue or any part of blue. Just because they call it 'blue' doesn't mean it's 'blue'.

Interesting that both Admiral Blue and Sterling Blue are not premium paints (extra cost). So who is betting against my prediction that purple (Black Rose Metallic) becomes the lowest seller for 2017.
If it is the same color as the old purple, then I agree. If it was close to Ford's Lava Red Metallic, then I think it will sell very well. See link to view Lava Red.
Re: the Grand Sport, it's nice to see the splitter/skirts/wickerbill have been officially confirmed as standard:
Z16 Grand Sport Performance Package, includes specific front fender inserts; Z06-style grille; wider rear fenders, front splitter, rockers and wickerbill rear spoiler; Grand Sport CUP-style wheels, Michelin Pilot super sport summer-only tires (P285/30ZR19 front, P335/25ZR20 rear); 6-piston front and 4-piston rear Brembo brakes; Magnetic Selective Ride Control and electronic Limited-Slip Differential (eLSD)
Although, apparently the ground effects aren't painted Carbon Flash, because there is this available option:
CFZ Carbon-Flash Painted Ground Effects Package, includes Carbon Flash-painted splitter and rockers, and more aggressive rear spoiler
Or am I reading this wrong? What other color would they be? Just unpainted?

You might be right, since it's listed among the LPO options. Just a generally available option that can be dealer-installed but would obviously be redundant on the GS?
Aside from the GS, aka Z06 Appearance Pkg., there are no big changes... as expected. Actually, there were more from '15-'16 MY... I'm surprised to see the departure of Shark Gray.

Also looks similar to "Rhodium Silver" from Porsche.
It is actually purple and was a fairly popular color on the C4...
Purple metallic was a 95-96 Corvette color. Before that Black Rose metallic was offered in 92-94. It's easy to confuse the two and think Black Rose is Purple. But when you see the actual Purple the difference is obvious.
