I cleaned mine with Liquid Glass. Do not use ammonia based glass cleaners. Follow that up with your favorite liquid wax. Helps keep the water spots from forming.

Specifically Made for the top: PLEXUS

But don't overthink it, any nonabrasive wax or sealant will work

Rain‑X 2-in-1 Glass Cleaner with Rain Repellent on the top and all the outside windows, works great!

As always, this guy knows his stuff.
Plexus is the plastic cleaner to use.

Runner up: 303 Protectant series.

GM glass cleaner and good quality paper towels. Had my C6 for seven years no scratches and the top looked like new.
