Greeting from Houston Tx. Just about 30 days ago I picked up a 2014 2lt and I am still trying to figure everything out on it. Prior to picking the car up, I had it all checked by a local chev dealership and everything checked out OK. The one thing I asked about was the rough idle which they said was normal. I am having a hard time grasping this as I can't imagine Chev would have this new engine do this on purpose. My question is do other's run rough at idle. I guess driving Infiniti's for many years may have spoiled me, but c7's are really sweet.
Thanks

Yes that is the norm. High performance engine with direct fuel injection and ready to RUN anytime you put your foot in it.
Idles kind of rough (not too bad by the old days high-lift cam standards) runs hard when you slam it -- enjoy!! You will love it!!

Hey... The Search Function Works! There's about 15 dozen hundred threads on this. Also, if you have Run Flats read about the Ackerman Effect. AKA know as Popping when you turn Sharp.
