Meh. If it was a Ferrari, or a Lamborghini. A vette is attainable, like a medium hot woman with poor eyesight or missing a limb.

I went to a Mustang car show this past Saturday on Rt 211 in Middletown, NY and the crowd was ALL around the Corvette - as most of them were just tired of seeing Mustangs.
One guy walks up and says "you have my DREAM CAR right here my friend. It's just NOT attainable in terms of cost that's why I got the Mustang."
It's was a welcomed chuckle at the show - which was exactly what I was going for when I got it.
It's more about the color than the car....the Laguna Blue is incredible.

Good point DBLXX (wow, I'm a dbl dd guy myself, dd is more attainable). It's all relative.
True story, I was just on the elevator with a guy who looks over and asks "do you ever track your corvette?" I had no idea who he was, but he knew me. Clearly a car guy. After some brief conversation he said, "yeah, I eat corvettes for breakfast". Then I realized he was talking about the z06.
Next obvious question, "WTF do you drive"
His response: "mclaren 650 coupe, the z06 is too popular"
Of course, only in the bay area. BTW, I've seen 3 z06s in the bay area and perhaps 10 total c7s. They are exceedingly rare. I've seen 2 mclarens on the road.
