I'll bet dollars to donuts your negative screw is loose causing it to lose contact. Check and tighten and you're problem Will go away. This is from experience .
Ok Curb Alert is driving me nuts!. all of a sudden it has gone on a chirping spree AGGGGH. I've done the setup and have given up.
I was interested in Navtool but after the SNAFU and resulting software updates info I am not to sure about that product.
Anybody know of another way beside removing whole interior and replacing existing radio??
maybe just a camera and a small video screen with an on off switch to use when pulling into a curb?
I installed Curb Alert on my 2013 GS. No issues. If you have issues, try calling the supplier and/or company. I did, they were extremely helpful. The system does work.
As noted above, check your ground connection and the crimped connector on the ground wire. I had a frequent chirping until I found the bad connection. No further issues for almost 2 years.

I know I'm in the minority here but I have the front cameras and don't use them. I just learned where the front of the car is. It's not a long car.
Really?
I use them every time I pull up to one of those tall concrete parking stops. My daily driver is a truck, and I never have been so close to the ground. I will be so pissed if I scrape a curb.
