The z06 spats don't fit the rear wheels, not even close. Honestly, modding them for a stingray is really easy and very apparent when you hold them up to the wheel well. You just need a dremel to cut some tabs and in my case I trimmed the spat a little bit.

I'll be perfectly honest with you. I have a Z06 that I love, and the car looks like sex. But the front fender spats are the ONLY styling element I look at on the car and think, "WTF"!
I personally can't imagine anybody wanting to add that to the sexy, clean lines of the Stingray.
That said, from a practical standpoint, if somebody was wanting to add wider tire, front and rear to track, and were thinking of doing it, perhaps that might make sense - but then you get into potential fender rubbing issues with the wider meats. So that just brings me back to "WTF". . . LOL.
But that's just me. It's your car, do what you want.

Spats were fine on my '74 Jeep but NOT on a sports car!

I think the the plastic spats GM put on this $$$ of a car is cheap... They could of done better then that. I have Stg 2 aero from factory in carbon flash, Wife & I wanted to break it up a bit & bought the carbon fiber frt wheel spats, from West Coast corvette, LOVE them & they look great.Just our 2 cents

I had 4 custom fitted and painted carbon flash, I personally like the look and can care less what any of the "corvette experts" have to say. I am running 20x12 rear wheels with no issues and 19x10 front no issues

It's not just "corvette experts" that will tell you that looks like ***. To each his own, glad I don't drive it.

They look awesome in with carbon fiber, or metallic flash, depending on your trim color. They look terrible in black plastic.

Thank you

I don't care what people say...I think they look great. I really like the carbon fiber. Where did you buy them?

Painted Spats-OK
Carbon Fiber Spats-OK
Stock Spats-Tacked on and cheap looking.
I personally love the sleek, unbroken lines of my Z51. No carbon flash mirrors, no carbon flash spoiler, no spats. Everything but the wheels, vents, emblems (all black) in body color. IMO the car looks extreme enough in stock form and have no desire for any mods.

I don't hate them on the Z06, but think they could have come up with something better. With that said, I would never even think about adding them to the Stingray. To me it would cheapen the car!

There is absolutely NOTHING WRONG with the spats! They look good.

I have a stock (motor) C7 with HRE Flowform wheels on Potenza RE71 tires. This is what happens without spats. Its the consistency of cake frosting. Not pictured, are the **** ton of little black dots all over the fenders after every drive. Definitely thinking about getting them.

Hi I like the look of the spats on your car wondering if you have a write up or advice on how to install these on the stingray? I am looking to do it to all 4 wheels
That's my test fit. It's funny some people's reaction to the spats. It's not like you're putting a Chevy bow tie on your ride. Oh well, whatever.

Bow Tie emblems on the doors would look better than spats!
