How do you rev while driving?

Well, I'm an M7 guy, but I am guessing that the only way to rev an auto is to put it in neutral. Not sure how low vs. high speed is relevant.
Is this a trick question? You own a vette?

WARNING: People who rev their engine for no apparent reason never look cool.
Nevertheless, if you insist try this:
1) Paddle shift into first gear.
2) Put the accelerator pedal to the metal.
3) Remove foot from pedal before you are likely to get a ticket.
Of course you could also just shift into neutral while you are moving and goose the gas pedal. If you really want to look cool do a neutral drop! You put the car into neutral and then press the accelerator pedal until you hit redline. Then you rip the shifter into Drive. It might be expensive if something breaks, but if nothing does you are bound to look really cool. If you are a real nOOb you might want to start out first by trying it when you are stopped before graduating to more advanced techniques.

Nothing serious. I went to see the gold rush rally in DC last week. There was a big crowd of people as I was driving by. I heard people said "rev it rev it" even though I'm not part of the gold rush people, I think the c7 with npp sounds great. Too bad I have an automatic. I guess you are right, shift it to neutral would do it, but not as cool as a M7.
