I film car videos and I just made one for this C7 Stingray. Check it out and let me know what you think. The thing sounds GOOD even with stock exhaust.
Buy a slider for your pan shots and GPS the car for the DJ to follow. Also, work on
framing your subject. Look forward to seeing the revised film. Oh, and welcome
nice work with the drone, it must be challenging to fly that think to keep pace with the car and hold the car in frame.
Suggestions:
1: slow down you panning views of the car, use both side to side and vertical travel to achieve some effects.
2: use perspective to get exagerated views of the car that accentuate the lines of the car.
nice first attempt, you will realize that many professional photographers discard all kinds of pics and footage to just achieve the very best pics and footage. It's all in the editing... and don't be afraid to edit out things as most people have short attention spans.
Did the drone fly into a tree at the end?
The best advice I had when I was in high school and wanted to be a fashion photographer (great way to meet hot women I thought) was to study the shots in the leading magazines. Look at the lighting and composition. For you, check out some of the best car commercials, and try to duplicate the shots. No reason to re-invent the wheel.
