Video Playback

2015 Z-51, 3LT Coupe

Hi,

I can not get video to playback smoothly.

Format is MP4.
Using a Sandisk 16GB USB stick formatted as fat32.

Will play sound okay but picture is jerky.
I can get to all the video's from the menu,
but system will not respond to voice commands.

Is there any other options I can try?

System will not recognize files when formatted as AVI, WMV or divx

Have you tried it on your computer or are you just trying to watch it on the cars screen?

Works fine on the computer and in my 2016 Cadillac Cue system.
