Default How to fix code DTC P2096

I have a 2015 z51 M7. The mods are a Halltech carbon cai, ARH mid length headers with high flow cats, B&B bullet exhaust with the NPP deleted and fuse #48 pulled and a catless Borla x-pipe.

All was fine until I added the Borla x-pipe. I am getting the CEL coming on with the code P2096 post catalyst fuel trim system low limit bank 1. The dealer checked all the sensors and they are working correctly. It seems that the post catalyst sensor is not liking the way the exhaust gas is either flowing or the composition or both.

Has anyone else had this issue and how did you fix it, other then removing the mods?
