I normally get passed by Corollas with obnoxious pipes, but when I get the rare occassion to be on a country road... I just cant help it.

I have no present recollection of speeding in my Corvettes.

And I tragically lost all my firearms in a boating accident/sinking.

That's my story and I'm stickin' to it. . . . . . . .

Oh pops ,

You're cruising for a bruising, if they get you.

As has already been stated, when the road and conditions are right.

I have an Escort Max 360 watching my back.
I rarely speed anyway... its just hard to be tame on a nice country road. I have to find a track that will let me play around once in a while.

Somehow that doesn't look like 90 or 100? Is it the camera angle? Visually it looks more like 50 - 60.

Don't have a C7, but I do not drive my C5 like I stole it. I do some spirited driving in it, but I do not go crazy and beat on it.

That's what makes this car dangerous.

Yes.

To those who say you cannot use 700+ HP on the street just do not understand.

I drive a lot. If I get a ticket or two per year, cost of driving.

I average a speeding ticket a year but my record is clean.

I do drive my car like I stole it.

It seems important to point out that, in contrast to many others who are less discreet, I prefer to maintain a low profile when I'm driving a stolen car, so as not to attract undue attention.

As always when the Sheriff is on your tail, best practice is to periodically steal another car and ditch the previous stolen car somewhere out of sight.

It's also highly desirable to hole up in a remote farmhouse somewhere with a beautiful farmer's daughter who figured out that you stole the car and wants to live out her bad-girl fantasies.

Not only does it look like 50-60, it feels like it too... That can be very dangerous. I remember my first car, 75 Cutlass. That thing felt like I was doing 100, when I was only doing 55...lol

This is the complete opposite. So smooth at 100. I cant wait to get on a track!

So there you have it. Do you drive your C7 like you stole it?
I drive it like I respect it and want it to live a long life.

Yeah, man, that sends me into short rage attacks. Drop the shifter into 4th, 3rd if I'm really pissed, I'm 90-100 in seconds, pass on the right, heave a sigh of relief, put the cruise control back to 75.

Who are those numb nuts?

Now - they cannot compare to the robococks who drive slow, knowing they are backing up traffic, and then put the hammer down with those glorious passing lanes preventing anyone from getting around them (very common in the sierras)

The vette has freed me from those imbeciles..

But, there's an even bigger scum; the person who shalt not pull over in pull outs. Those are the people who need to climb into a coffin as soon as possible.

No, I don't drive any vehicle that I personally own like I stole it. Rental cars....maybe.

This is how it is for me in the C7. I drive, and take corners, faster in my Powerstrokes. Always feel like I'm looking over my shoulder, too.

My trucks sit much higher, maybe that's why.
