so if adding the color pieces, do you need to order a complete door panel or can you just order the arm rest and small strip on driverside door in the color you are changing to?

You need to order the complete door panel as that piece is " fused " into the door panel itself, but pivots for alignment as I mentioned earlier.

Everything is super easy, except that passenger dash pad. It takes a bit to get to ( you have to remove the whole center console), to remove the glove compartment and be able to get to the bolts that hold it in. It's the one piece that is not just clips.

Best advice I can give is to just take your time and be patient. Towels to protect the pieces and dash are key, as well as a good set of interior trim removal tools.
