My 2015 C7 has developed fog inside the driver side headlight. Drove about 150 miles today with the headlights on, and it's still there. Has anyone else seen this before?
This can happen. I have it as do others who've posted before in other threads. The lights aren't sealed, nor can they be. It gets hot and cold inside the light, air pressure must be vented. It breaths in moisture and dust as it does this.
Maybe the dealer will replace it, you'd think it would be covered. Perhaps they'll see it as normal wear and tear.

Good luck with it in any case.
They will replace it. I've seen this happen before. If it were both headlights and went away with the lights on, I'd call it a humid day and leave it at that. But with one headlight and the condensation not dissipating a seam has failed on the light. It happens. The lights are literally glued together and the glue can fail if it isn't applied properly at the factory.

Yes, we had the same thing in our new Viper once.
Definitely under warranty, and also just one headlight did it.
Swapped it out and it was fine after that.
Off to the dealer next Wednesday for this issue and 3rd oil change...also going to make sure they check the rear dif level...drove to Geneva on Seneca Lake yesterday; beautiful day, and great fun driving the car. I LOVE two lane country roads with an occasional slow car which needs to be passed
I have a 2015 and had my rear diff checked at my last oil change and they said it had to be topped off. They didn't say it was low. Go figure. I also had to wait an extra hour for a real mechanic to check the rear diff. Good that you are going to have yours checked.
