Looking to purchase a rear spoiler to replace the OEM one on my 2015 Z51 from Pete @ ShowStopper. Really like the look of his product. Saw a few pics but was wondering if some of you guys have pics of this spoiler on your car that you would post. Also read several threads about installation but these were dated instructions (2014 time frame) and I was wondering if any resent installs had found quicker easier ways to complete this task. I did read where one member had found a way to loosen rear and reach in to remove nuts holding OEM spoiler and remove it.
There is no way to remove rear spoiler without unbolting the rear bumper cover and at least partially removing the cover. I did not completely remove the cover because I couldn't figure how to disconnect the rear latch release cable. I also removed the taillights to make it easy to get to the nuts on the spoiler studs.
yea i just did mine I did just like dmhines above said he did his i think that is prob the best way and i too got the other one for 379 painted and i love it looks great fits well and has the z look but in one piece instead of bolts showing dont really like that look
Thanks for the replies. I think I'm going to stick with ShowStoppers. His work and quality as I have read through out different threads is very good. And he discounted the price due to being a forum member.

Sent you a PM about one more option. Also, on the install, It's pretty straightforward, but instead of disconnecting the hatch release cable and removing the rear fascia completely, support it from underneath with cardboard boxes and blankets for padding, then let it sag back and attach it to the frame with a coat hanger or similar wire to keep it open enough to work on the spoiler attaching bolts. And yes, remove the tail lights, also very simple.
