I have owned a C5, 3 - C6's and have a 2016 C7. I have never had oil pressure as low 30-32 psi at 70 mph. After engine has warmed up it will drop from almost 40 to 30-32psi. Is this normal.
Speed doesn't determine oil pressure, RPM (and other factors) does. The old thumb rule of 10 psi/1,000 RPM still holds true. Depending on what gear you're in 30 psi at 70 mph is not a problem.
The LT-1/LT-4 use a different style oil pump that is designed to provide a lower pressure under normal operating conditions to increase fuel economy. When called for higher flow/greater pressure is provided. If there is an issue with the controller for the low vs high rate the pump will default to high rate for safety.
Oil control:
The heart of the all-new Gen 5 small block oiling system is a crank driven, variable-displacement, dual-pressure oil pump, which continuously adjusts oil flow to maintain proper oil pressure at the bearings. Working with the AFM system, the variable-displacement pump keeps oil pressure "efficient" during low RPM operation and ramps it up to higher pressures as RPM and demand increases. The Corvette engineering team has seen a 7-10psi decrease in oil pressure thanks to the new system when compared to the LS family, and has revised the oil pressure sensor location, moving it from the back to the front of the block.

Thanks to all, this forum is great for information.

I'm having trouble shall owing at 6000 RPM oil pressure will be 60 PSI, but I will check that out on my next drive.
