They're giving a 10% discount on a one year old, used Z06. If it were me shopping for this car, I'd check with the forum venders to see if they can beat that on a new 2016. Consider that you're losing on year warranty, you're the second owner and it's a year old. If you can get the same deal on a new 2016, and that is a real possibility, then the car you mentioned is only a mediocre deal, maybe a bad one.
The other question, is this the color combination with the exact options you wanted? It's very hard to find an existing Vette set up exactly as you want it. Sometimes it's worth a little more if it's EXACTLY the way you want it.

Better deals to be had. Are they selling it as a new or used car?

There's always a better deal to be had. Those who constantly chase the better deal end up with nothing; meanwhile, the rest of us are enjoying our Corvettes.

For me it is a good enough deal that I would be a buyer. Not into chasing that perfect deal that everyone seems to talk about.

With everything you want makes it hard to walk away. However, being sold as used and being two years old I think the bartering odds are in your favor.

True... Very true. But when there are new ones at similar deals I believe the OP can easily do better on the car.

I never mentioned a perfect deal, but why would you pay new money on a 2 year old used car?

I don't think it is a bad deal but I am not a fan of auction cars at that price point. I sold Chevy back in the day for awhile and think you can do better. You can buy a new discounted 2016 3LT and Z51 with new warranty and save $. Think you will be happy with that car and it is a safe buy. Better yet you could wait for 2017 Grand Sport. If you must have a Z06 I would look for a GM Certified car.

It is like a new car with only 40 miles, but before jumping on it at least give a couple of the forum vendors a call and see what they can do. That way you will know just how good or bad of a deal it is.

Default Thanks guys

For all the replies I'm thinking now when I go to pick up the car I might try and low ball them they have had the car since April and keep dropping the price, with only40 miles on it no one has had a chance to beat on it,should I be concerned it being an auction car ?

But he is looking at a 2LZ, not a 1LZ so his deal looks a little better compared to these.

Doesn't matter since this is what he posted in another thread...

Well tomorrow is the big day gonna bite the bullet and pick up an almost brand new c7 zo6 m7 I can't take it with me gonna have some fun my last Corvette was a c3 so I'm making a little jump up (little ha)

I'd prefer a 1LZ new vs a 2LZ used (even with 40 miles) if they are in the same ballpark. You are also getting a car that is a year newer with full warranty (no questions) and no (potential) history.

Edit:
Just saw your edit, and I wish the OP well!

Gkabc7, I'd lowball 'em for sure. Try and get them at least down to 75k, I'd start your offer at 70-72 and let them meet you in the middle. I'd also use NRB to your advantage, I know and you know it is the color you want, but if the dealer doesn't, play that card! Trust me, NRB is gorgeous, I've singlehandedly tried to keep it in production But, for some reason it is not a hot seller, and I'm betting the dealer knows it.
