2014 Stingray front bumper chip?? Best paint chip repair for C7?
This morning leaving the house I noticed a chip and scuff mark on front bumper (shown in pic). Not sure what it came from but it wasn't there at the beginning of yesterday. I didn't hear or see anything hit bumper, definitely didn't hit anything in roadway. Wondering if anyone else has experience anything like this, it's weird not really a chip, more like if you took a knife in butter in just ever so slightly sliced a millimeter or two off. I had a similar mark on nose of bumper when I purchased vehicle with 14k, I just figured someone scraped it. But now I know it wasn't from this, where the position of this is it's on the top of front bumper area.
I planned on getting the bumper painted in future and getting Xpel in place, but that won't be for at least 3 years because I'm about to add a blower in the next month!!
Any ideas on what the best paint chip repair kit is for the Corvette C7 for a temporary fix?? Thanks for any suggestions!

For this chip I would also agree with DR colorchip--they have great paint. (for small, deep chips I like the Lanka system, but not for this scuff.)

Melting Slicks
If you just want to hide the spot paint over it with paint & brush method. To fix it you will need a filler to make the surface level before painting. Try the paint/brush method. If you don't like the look a fine grade sandpaper will remove it.
Not sure what type of filler is best for bumpers that flex.

I used the $65 squeegee kit and was very happy with the results.

Definitely Dr. Colorchip. Liked it so much and it's so easy to use that my daughter did a video demonstrating it on my Cyber Grey C7. Exceeded my expectations for sure. Her video is now on the Dr. Colorchip website! Oh, and I got the squeegee kit.

Watched the video and the results just seemed to be no different than a touch up tube from GM.
