Default Touch screen flutter

The touch screen on my 2014 occasionally flutters. Meaning the screen jumps up and down and looks as if you have multiply pages showing at the same time. Of course, it never happens when the dealer has it. Does any one have this same issue and if so, how did you get it corrected. The system has been re-flashed. It does not effect the sound. Radio and Nav guidance works fine.

Took it to the dealer and asked them to replace it. Only took a week to get it done.

This is a known issue with 2014s. I took mine to the dealer, they ordered a new screen, and installed it the next day. It has worked as expected ever since.

It is probably worth the hassle to video tape the problem so that you can show the service guys what happens just in case everything is fine when you get to the dealer.

Known problem in GM. Go to your dealer and get it replaced. Waiting on mine.

Mine started doing this after about 14K miles. When it started happening, I pulled out my iPhone and shot a video. Showed it to the dealer. They said the 2014 had a weak cable and it was improved with the 2015 model. They ordered a new (2015) display and installed it. No problem since.

Glad I followed your advice. The tech said nothing was wrong. Video proved him wrong and they ordered new screen. Just waiting for the call so I can bring it in and get it fixed.
