Default Best time

My wife said it's time for me to replace my corvette after 2.5 years. I know that I will have a payment. I would like to put 30k down.
Should I look for a C-6 or look at a 2017 and take delivery in kentucky. I would like a vert, auto, Z51. I dont track, cross country. Just looking for a driver. I read it may be better to look for a 2016 left over because the dealers will be cutting prices to make room for the 2017s.
In that case what is the best month to look.

Just trying to get an idea guys thanks for the help.

Go for a left over 2016...not really much different with the 2017 unless you're wanting a grand sport.

The 16's are priced pretty aggressively right now. Saved 12% off MSRP yesterday on a Z06

Good for you that your wife suggested a new Vette!
Did you mean to type C7 2016 or C6 or 2017?
If you're considering a C6 & with $30K down, I've seen some great priced ZR1s out there.

Leftover 2016 is probably your best option cost wise.

If you don't track why buy a Z51...its a good package and contains a few good items, but expensive..!
You might consider just a base......1lt or 2lt.
If I had not found the used one I bought I was about to go after a 16' 1lt. My Friend has one with the Z51 spoiler, auto, red calipers and not much more.....what a car for the money...Good Luck...and don't wait to long if you want selection.

i'd say '16 Z06 if you can afford it.

The only regret I'm having 7 weeks after purchase, is not getting a Z06.

I know I know... tough problem to have
