My new GS (2400 miles) did this last week. I disconnected the battery for 5 minutes and it has been fine since then. Anyone have it happen multiple times?
I disconnected the battery a few times and it would come back after some time. No exact time just randomly. Hopefully yours is fix and was just a glitch.

My 2 cents!

HMI problems will not go away by disconnecting/ reconnecting the battery. Yes, that will reset the unit but the underlying problem may still be there. You spent tens of thousands on a new 'vette and you accept this flaw?...
How convenient is it to connect/ disconnect your battery?...will you do it on a trip?....or a casual drive?...or some other inconvenient time?
I have included the bulletin number on a previous post. Take that information to you dealer and they will test your unit and if necessary, replace the HMI!....

No, I had my problem last March- June. Only drove the car twice, once to get clear bra installed and then to dealer, and it sat at dealer for a month waiting on new HMI module. My post was trying to say, I had the problem and battery disconnect and reconnect would only fix it temporarily.
