Default Gas door alignment issues

Has anyone had a issue with the gas door not aligning flush in the quarter panel?

Sorry .. I haven't .. but I saw a brand new C7 on a local dealers lot that was not flush at all. I thought to myself that it would be much easier to sell the car if they fixed that before putting it out on display. Did you buy your C7 with the issue or did it happen over time ?

it was that way when i got it...i really did not notice it until i got the car home. I really have not had time to really investigate it but it looks like it needs to go toward the door and the latch mechanism needs to pull the door in a little further

Yes - its weird though. It usually sits flush, but from time to time is protrudes out slightly.
