I had purchased the black lug nuts that were on Amazon, but I couldn't bring myself to painting in the blank areas. Another person suggested getting the OEM lug nuts powder dusted. So, I found a place locally and had him do it. Very happy with the results, but as you can see, they actually didn't paint enough in to cover all the lug nuts.

Is Amazon the only place to get black lugs for the C7?

 

I bought mine directly from Gorilla. These were open ended race lugs.

 

So did you have any problem putting them back on without scratching them up. Also, by powder dusting, you mean powder coating ?

Sounds tacky to do, but it works.
As you know its only about 1/8" around that you'd have to fill in..
