I'm more of a bike guy than car but on either one I stay stock unless it's something that just isn't working for me. I seem to have less trouble that way.
But I'm betting we're in the minority, interesting to see.
3 mods they def need asap
sideskirts to prevent rock chips
ceramic brake pads to eliminate dust
lower on factory bolts comes in to ramped from the factory
Voted 'No' but very few.
Added:
Mud guards GM
Z51 sway bars front and rear to my base '14 (Big improvement)
Considering:
C7 Z06 style black chrome 18/19 wheels next. Base chrome a little boring to me now.
As time goes by probably more just to keep it fresh with me while holding out until the C8. But the '17 GS is tempting.
Between the possible loss of warranty and the fact that the LT1 has enough power to keep me happy, I don't see any engine mods in the future. Side skirts are a possibility and a change to OEM chrome Z51 wheels might happen. I don't consider the latter a mod, only the former. For right now, its remaining stock.

Yes, I've made a couple changes from the way it came off the showroom floor, but what I've changed out were GM options e.g. replaced the painted machined 5 spoke with GM chrome 5 spoke from the same year.
and
took off the front plate frame that hooks over the nose and replaced it with the one marked as do not use for a license plate frame but fits neatly in the grille (that I found in the trunk after purchase)
To that end, the only non GM part on my C7 is the rear license plate frame.
tinted windows
black lug nuts
black valve stem caps
carbon flash vinyl tape over chrome grill bar
cut down Aeroplate and added plate frame
small "Jake" under one taillight
3-pocket cargo net
fire extinguisher on front of passenger seat
GM Accessory "Stingray" hubcaps, door sills and hood liner
GM flat bottom suede steering wheel
GM Homelink visor
