I've tried using the App to send map destinations to the Vette, but when I get in the car, I don't see anything on the Nav screen. The App does indicate the destination is being sent. Note, I use the App in the house and send it to the car while the car is parked (off) in the garage. I've tried several times, but no luck. Does the car need to be running to be able to receive the destination on the Nav?
Anyone know how to use this feature? I'd appreciate any insight as to what I'm doing wrong.
I don't know if that service is supported in the C7, it wasn't in the C6.
From OnStar "SendtoCar-app dot com" page:
Cars that have an internet-connected navigation system are supported by Send To Car.
For most car makes, an active subscription to the navigation service is also needed.
GM (OnStar)
An active OnStar account with eNav is necessary to use Send To Car with a GM vehicle
The username for GM is the same username you use to log in to your OnStar account at www.onstar.com
After you click the Send button in the Send to Car app, a browser will open for you to log in to your OnStar account and finalize sending the destination. The destination you selected to send will be pre-filled in the browser after you log in.
Before I found Waze, I could not get one destination input directly into the crapulant GM NAV either by voice or by screen interaction. Crapulant Nav always has a perplexity to provide destinations choices 1000 miles away! POS! Only way I could reliably do it was to use the OnStar app. I find that occasionally, even though the OnStar app says the destination was sent to the car, the car really never picks it up for some reason. In those events, I go back into the app and it has a history and I just resend it again while the car is running and it usually seems to then go through. It just pops up after a minute or two.

is your nav broken or is it user error causing your problem? inputting destinations to the nav system is easy.
I use it all the time in both my 2015 Stingray and my 2016 Silverado - works great. I do the same as you, send it from inside my home with the vehicle off and parked in the garage, or from the restaurant or wherever while the car is parked outside. When I get in and crank up, the infotainment display switches over to the Nav mode and allows me to accept the route and go, or save it.
There have been a couple times with both vehicles that it took a few seconds longer for it to come up, but it always has.

I use it all the time with my 14. No issues or problems.

The corvette does not need to be running...I have used the app many times to send directions. You need to press on the on the greater than sign of the location...there you press on send. About 5 seconds later the app tells you sent to corvette. When in the corvette, start it up, what about 30 seconds, go to Nav and accept location.
Sometimes I send my addresses to my vette via the app and other times I enter the addresses either manually typing or verbally. My on-board NAV works fine on my 2016.
Works perfectly in my 2019 Stingray while it’s parked and turned off in my garage.
I use the MyChevrolet app, not some OnStar app.
Select the option to send to in-dash navigation. Do not select turn-by-turn.
Designer Imagines A Corvette That Looks More Like a Corvette Than the Corvette
