Not only is it old news, it's a quick fix involving a simple and fast software upload.
Many have already had it done and reported what I posted above.

American Car Craft thank you for posting information about the GM Air Bag recall. First I had heard of it. Went to the GM recall web site and put in my VIN and it looks like my Corvette is affected. I will call the dealer and take the car in for service. I will keep an eye open for your products. Thanks again for your post!!!
