Default Wheel Fit Question

I'm thinking of going with a set of C7 Z06 style wheels on my 2011 Grand Sport. Several sites I've visited say that the C7 Z06 wheels will not fit the 2011 GS. Why not? What has changed? I thought the C7 Z06 size and offset is the same as ZR1....... Hope someone can enlighten me.

No problems. Put them on. Same size

C6 and C7 base
------------------------
Front - 18 x 8.5 x 56
Rear - 19 x 10 x 79

C6 GS/Z06
------------------------
Front - 18 x 9.5 x 40
Rear - 19 x 12 x 59

C7 Z51
------------------------
Front - 19 x 8.5 x 56
Rear - 20 x 10 x 79

C6 Z06/ZR1 C7 Z06
------------------------
Front - 19 x 10 x 40 <-- I think I have read that the C7 Z06 has 43mm offset
Rear - 20 x 12 x 59

There is a major difference with the offsets on the C7 Z06 OEM wheels vs. the Z06 Reproduction wheels.

From the charts listed above you will need to purchase the Z06 Factory Reproduction branded aftermarket wheels to fit.

The best source is CF vendor DocZ.......just do a search to find him and his wheel selections. Also known as Florida Speedshop.
