Default Panel removal-help needed

Can someone please direct me on how to remove the Knee Bloster Panel (lower panel under the steering wheel)?

I'm having the part replaced under warranty due to a small defect in the surface material. The dealership ordered the part and I would prefer to swap out the panel myself.

I can see that there are two small screw at the bottom. I was wondering if the top is attached with just clips before I start tugging on it.

The previous gen and screws on top, under the coin pocket, but the C7 doesn't have these storage pockets, which is why I'm assuming that it's held on with clips.

Thanks!
