my 2016 7M normally the dash is white when shifting ( 1.2.-7 ) but yesterday it was orange ( amber ) ??? Need help on this . The car was on track mode but it never changed colour before

Did you enable Rev-Matching by clicking the paddles? This would change the shift indicator to orange instead of white.
If you are talking about the white dots that progressively build in number and closer together change color as RPM's grow to let you know when to shift gears.

Yep, paddles enable/disable it. Orange gear number in both hud and dic = on. White = off.
Haven't tried active rev match yet? It's pretty nifty, give it a try. It blips the throttle on downshifts (upshifts too), like you would if you were to heel-toe shift, but it does it with much more accuracy and speed than any person could. The engine speed matches the wheel speed perfectly so you can very pull out the clutch without causing sudden surging or engine braking.
