Not if you go with a GM replacement. No spare, unless you want to pay for it, they have a core charge.

Exactly. The wheel is not gouged to the point of not being able to be fixed. Those suggesting that the wheel will have "balance" issues are just wrong.

I have had worse. Repaired and looks like new. No balance issues. Now who do you contact to fix it? Call your dealer where you live and ask them who they use. Most likely they will come to your house and repair it just like they do for the dealers. $125 or so. A lot of these companies are mobile now.
